Inaugural Workshop

The Inaugural Workshop was attended by one hundred delegates from a variety of academic backgrounds with a common interest in mapping the UK health data analytics landscape, and framing a national strategy for health data analytics research.

The event was coordinated alongside academics from Heriot Watt University using the Well Sorted tool to structure workshop discussions. Prior to the workshop delegates were asked to propose Healthcare Opportunities & Research Challenges for data analytics. Delegates then performed a grouping exercise, putting similar ideas together to then create workshop discussion groups.
